We’re happy to provide free passes to industry members. Simply contact us in advance for confirmation. Industry passes are picked up in Con Ops.
Members of the Press – Bloggers, YouTubers, News Channels, TV Stations, Radio, Etc.
Please contact us to request press passes at least two weeks prior to the event. Please include information about your organization and who will be attending. Up to four passes may be provided per organization.
REQUESTING A TABLE
Voice Actors / Writers / Community Organizations / Etc.
We may provide tables upon request to voice actors, writers, community organizations, fandom conventions, members of the press, and other members of the community. If you are provided a free table, that table must be open and staffed at least 70% of Anime Houston’s exhibit hall hours (Friday 4pm-8pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday 10am-4pm). Community tables may not be located in a locked exhibit hall – they may be placed in the main hallway. Please note that community tables are limited. Please contact us as far ahead of time as possible to ensure a space for your organization.
